Established in 1974, Forest Hills Municipal Utility District is made up of 487 acres in the Forestwood Subdivision in Northwest Harris County. The District is bordered by FM 249 to the north and west and Veterans Memorial to the west.  The jewel of the District is Harris County Precinct 4’s Richard P. Doss Park, featuring ball fields, picnic areas, walking trails and a playground.
